Tony KUCH
On July 27, 2023 Tony Kuch of St. Albert lost his battle with cancer at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his loving wife Lynn-Ellen, sons Mark (Daneane), Shane (Cresta), grandchildren (Kendal, Brooke, Pria & Ty).
Tony was born in Rossburn, MB, and was raised on the family farm with his father Nick, mother Ann, two brothers and two sisters. They later moved to Winnipeg where Tony lived until he moved to Edmonton to stay with his older brother. He met his future wife Lynn in Edmonton and they were married in 1966. They were married for 56 very happy years. Tony worked in sales for most of his career until his retirement in 2007.
He loved the outdoors, camping in the summer in the early years and then later spending summers and winters at the family cabin at Long Island Lake with family and friends.
We would like to thank the wonderful doctors, nursing staff and aide workers at Foyer Lacombe in St. Albert for the exceptional care they gave Tony.
At Tony’s request, there will be no funeral. His wishes were to be cremated and his ashes scattered at the family cabin that he loved so much.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute.
