Vera Doris MacNEIL

Peacefully, on May 12, 2023, Mrs. Vera MacNeil left this world to start a new adventure. She was 100 years of age. Vera is lovingly remembered by her six children: Patrick (Myra) of Langley, B.C., Sherry (Ben) Eastwood of Edmonton, Michael (Barb) of Kelowna, B.C., Kathy Helmig of Sherwood Park, Cam “Sam” (Kathy) of Sherwood Park, Neil (Kirsten) of Spruce Grove, as well as 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and her “coffee-lady” Janice MacNeil.

Vera was predeceased by her husband Murdoch “Mac” in 2006, daughter Susie in 2012, two grandsons: Luke in 2017 and Taylor in 2021.

A celebration of Vera’s life will be taking place on

Saturday, September 9, 2023, 1:00 p.m.

Laurier Heights Community League

14405-85 Avenue NW

Edmonton, Alberta
