Born May 10, 1932, Frank passed away peacefully on April 23, 2021 at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. He was predeceased by his long time common law wife of 30 years, Daphne Penney, his mother Beatrice and step-son Travis. Frank is survived by his step-sons: Loni, Brian, Cory and Wade Penney as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Frank was a good soul, the type you would only meet once in a lifetime and will be sorrowly missed by his family and friends.
