Ronald Lawrence ANSLEY

Ronald Ansley passed away in his home on June 9, 2025 at the young age of 64.

He is survived by his one and only son Aaron Mudryk (Brianne); Two wonderful grandchildren Sutton and Remy; His loving sister Jacqueline Ansley (Earle Soloman); Nephews Michael, Richard (Jenn), Ryan (Taryn); His niece Amanda; And 8 great nieces and nephews; As well as extended family and many many friends. Ron is predeceased by his one true love Brenda; Cherished parents Ronald and Donalda; and his baby sister Jennifer.

Ron was a man with a heart of gold. He experienced great loss throughout his life but still kept a kind heart. One that allowed him to see the best in everyone and show love and compassion no matter what. He would be the first to lend a helping hand and the type to give the shirt right of his back, even if that meant he went without. This just shows the type of man that he was, a man that will be deeply missed.

A memorial to honour Ron will be held at 11am Thursday June 19, 2025 at Slovenian Canadian Association Hall , 16703-66 Street NW,  Edmonton, Alberta, T5Y 3X6. Followed by light refreshments.

If friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.

Poem

“God looked around his garden

and found an empty place

He then looked down upon the Earth

and saw your tired face

He put his arms around you

and lifted you to rest

With the help of his angels they

flew you to your heavenly place.”
