It is with great sadness that we mourn for the passing of our beloved, Dennis Archuleta, after a long battle with cancer on November 15th , 2023. Dennis passed away peacefully at Edmonton General Hospital surrounded by his family.

Dennis will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Rose, his brother Eric, his children: Bo, Sunshine and Nikko and his grandchildren: Avriel, Ozzy, Denric, Cedrin, Sebastian and Koby.

He was predeceased by his parents, Merlita and Frederico DeBotts.

Dennis was born and raised in Batangas, Philippines. He settled in Baguio City and raised his family becoming heavily involved with Baguio Tourism and was the appointed treasurer of Cordillera Bag-iw Tourism Association. He was well connected and well-loved by the tourism community and took charge in organizing a marathon for stroke survivors in 2020.

Once grandchildren arrived, he became “lolo”, the loving and supporting grandpa who was always proud of all of his grandchildren’s accomplishments.
