April 17, 1935 – April 13, 2026

It is with deep love and sadness that the family of Irene Joyce Arsenault announces her passing on April 13, 2026, just days before her 91st birthday.

Irene will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 69 years, Lionel Arsenault, whose life she shared with unwavering commitment, partnership, and love. She leaves behind her children, Mardee (Colin), Merne (Karen), who will carry forward her strength, values, and warmth.

She was a proud and cherished grandmother to 10 grandchildren and a loving great-grandmother to 14 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Irene was predeceased by her beloved son, Mark Arsenault; her grandson, Clayton Arsenault; and her siblings, Jack, Marguerite, and Joan.

Irene will be remembered for her quiet strength, deep love of family, and the steady presence she provided to those around her. Her legacy lives on in the generations she helped shape and the memories she leaves behind.

    Irene was like my adopted sister . We work many years together,where she was such a great mentor .We had many good laughs/cries during that time .
    We RV together , holiday together never had a dull moment . She was always very entertaining. Irene was the most kindest , loving patient person that I have known . She loved her children , grandchildren and great grandchildren.
    She will be missed dearly .
