Ilse Anita Baxter

November 2nd, 1956 – November 13th, 2025

Ilse Anita Baxter, 69, of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully with family by her side on November 13th, 2025.

Ilse met Wayne Stuart Baxter in 1987. They were married 1989 in Lahr, Germany. Together they raised 2 children: Elisabeth Tessman (Tyler Tessman), and Simone Baxter (Keith Frederick).

Ilse is survived by siblings: Marianne Flammand, Bruno Richau, Christa Richau, Brent Baxter, Helmut Richau, Klaus Richau, Harald Richau and Hanspeter Richau, grandchildren: Peyton Allan-Baxter, Karson Allan-Baxter and Teagan Tessman, Zack Frederick as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her mother Helene Richau, loving husband Wayne Stuart Baxter, sister Heather Cooper and her daughter Bianca Richau.

The family has entrusted a gathering of Life to be held at: 

St. Dominic Savio Catholic Church at

14406-62 Street NW

On: November 28th, 2025 

Time: 6pm – 9pm 

 A late-night dinner will be held for all. 

We will not hold a mass or religious service as she would not want this rather celebrate her and share stories.
