Beverly Ann BERARD
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Beverly Berard at age 64.
Beverly is survived by her Mother, Leona, and her siblings Darrel, Ted, Michael, Kim and Darcy, their spouses and families along with her many other family members, friends and her loving companion, Mercedes the pug.
She is predeceased by her father, Hugh Berard, who she loved very dearly.
Bev struggled with health issues late in her life, though this did not stop her from taking care of and loving her pets, as well as sharing passionately her love for all animals. Bev will be remembered for her amazing laugh and her unconditional love.
Bev had a love for native american art and culture, collecting many indigenous artifacts throughout her life.
Pugs were her number one love. Her first pug, Dakota was her pride and joy and the love she had for her was unmatched, even after she passed away. Mercedes was able to help Bev fill the loss of Dakota and fill the house with joy again. Mercedes soon became Bev’s world and there was no pug more loved.
Bev’s other passion was reading. She would fly though pages, creating vivid and exciting adventures with each new chapter. She could always be found first in line with each release of a new Christine Feehan novel and finished it within a day or two.
Bev was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend who will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Edmonton Humane Society, 13620 163 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5V 0B2.
