Uncle Stu was such a big personality and so loved by his family. I have wonderful memories, especially our epic Expo ‘86 trip to Vancouver and numerous camping long weekends. My condolences to you, Dee, and to Melissa, Dillon, Josh and Justin. I will miss him.

Stu was my favourite cousin. I didn’t have any girl cousins my age and Stuart was just 3 months younger than me. When we both lived in Edmonton as kids we were frequently at each others homes. Even after my family moved up North, my mom brought me south to visit friends and family during summer holidays and I always made a point to get together with Stu.. or as I liked to call him teasingly.. ‘Little Stuey’. even though he ended up towering over me by our teens. Though we didn’t see each other often once we were in our 20s, Stu remained my closest and favourite cousin and my heart broke when I heard of his passing. My deepest and most sincere condolences to Dee and his entire family and also to his friends. He was a good guy.. no, he was a great guy.. and he will be sorely missed.

I was very saddened to hear of Stu’s passing. I got to know him through buying vehicles and knew that if he said he couldn’t move, he couldn’t and I trusted what he said. I enjoyed many conversations with him. Rest in peace my friend.

Stu was more than a sales associate.. He was a friend and confidante for our family. He was a man of ethics and trust in a world of hoopla. Stu always asked about family and shared his LOVE for his own. Our condolences are not enough as Stu will be missed by all who have had the pleasure to know him. May God bless Dee and kids, brothers , grandkids and friends. All our love and support.
