We are heartbroken to announce the tragic passing of Adam "AJ" Edhi-Lynch at the age of 13.

AJ was a vibrant soul. He brought colour to our home, and to our hearts. He was stubborn, and strong willed. It made raising him difficult, but I always knew that one day that personality would make him strong.

He was curious, whether that meant taking things apart, or creating strange concoctions in the kitchen. He was a whirlwind, but when he loved he loved hard. He was the person who went out of his way to give to others, he was dependable. Whenever you needed someone, he was always right there.

Life had not always been easy for us, he was my strength, that little boy was braver than many. I owe my life to him. He would always find a way to make me smile.

I will love you forever, as deep and endless as the oceans we’ve dipped our toes in, as fierce as the rivers we skipped stones in.
