It’s with great sadness that the family of Brenda Flamont announce her passing on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the age of 71.

Brenda leaves to mourn her loss, her children, Cory, (Adrienne) Flamont, Lisa Flamont, Christine Woodbury, (Matt)and Darcy Flamont She also leaves behind her loving grandchildren, Mercedes, Ethan, Rylee, Siarra, Braydon Kayden and destiny, and 4 step grandchildren.

Also left behind are her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Noah, Nathaniel, Nevin, and Nova and one step great granddaughter.

Awaiting her arrival is her husband, Roy Flamont, her parents, Eunice and Joe Belcourt, her stepdaughter, Andrea, and her granddaughter Jodi Lynn.

Brenda was the best mom, sister, aunt, grandma, great grandma, daughter, friend, and cousin.

Brenda became a widow when she was just 34 years old and she had to raise four kids all alone.

Brenda was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June 2024 and was told she would only have 3 to 6 months to live without surgery or chemo. Brenda chose holistic healing and she gained 2.5 years more of her life. Brenda was very strong up until the very end.

Brenda started playing bingo again. She really enjoyed playing with family and friends. Her sister Debbie and her cousin Lorna and her daughter, Christine, and granddaughter Siarra took her the last few months of her life.

 Brenda was really good at remembering birthdays, anniversaries, she really did know everybody’s birthday. Some people forgot their anniversaries, and she was there to remind them when it was.

Brenda took guardianship of her great grandson Noah when he was eight months old, she loved him so much and they have a very special bond. He will miss her very much.

Brenda got to travel some places she won a trip to the Bahamas. She went to Las Vegas. She went to Mexico. I’m sure she went to more places. I just can’t remember all of them. She loved spending summers at the lake with her sister Debbie
