Mrs. Lydia Haag, Gertz, Nerling
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother (Oma) on October 16th, 2026, at the age of 95.
Lydia will be dearly missed by her family and friends who were always at the centre of her heart. She has left us many wonderful memories behind which will live on forever. She will be remembered for her heart of gold, gentle soul, and most importantly, the love for her family.
Lydia was predeceased by her parents, her husband Arnold, husband Otto, brothers Edmond & Fred, sisters-in-law Imgard & Sonja, brother-in-law Paul, her son Harold, stepdaughter Wanita & granddaughter Jessica.
A funeral service will take place at Southside Pentecostal Assembly, 2821 – 109 St NW, on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
A lunch will follow the service.
