Doady was truly one of a kind…..funny, kind, beautiful inside and out. I feel blessed to have called her my friend.
We are sorry to learn of Doady’s passing. A beautiful person with a million dollar personality. She will be missed. Love, Ian & Gloria Barrigan
Hi Gang,
It had to be coming with Doady so close to 100. However, losing another one of the group known as “the Bad People” at Queens Bay is definitely a Big Loss. Peter and I had so much fun with Frank and Doady, and though the group began to die off during this past decade I continue to miss them here at the Bay. An added bonus to our friendship, was getting to know the next generation and even some of the grandkids. Doady lived a good life and a very interesting life with Paddy. I could say so much more but suffice to say, we will continue to miss them forever. They were “the best” besties here in Queens Bay.
My condolences to all. Expect to see you in August if not before.
Great photos of a great couple! You will miss Doady as much as you miss Paddy. May your many, many memories bring smiles through the tears. I love to think of Doady and Paddy laughing together again!

What great pictures of such a lovely couple and what lovely, wonderful neighbours you all were! Please accept my sincere condolences on Doady’s passing – she will indeed be missed by many, but such a life!
I cherished every moment I got to spend with Doreen. We used to have Culinary meetings at Good Sam and Doreen would always say how much she appreciated everyone and the feelings were mutual. I admired how well she was able to get around and she was always smiling especially when she got to sit near the window to soak up the sun. I miss you very much
