William Samuel ROBINSON

It is with grieving hearts that we announce that William Samuel Robinson has passed away at the age of 69.

Bill is survived by his sons Billy and Patrick, his sister Debbie, and dozens of nephews, nieces, brother and sister-in-laws who will sorely miss his engaging presence in this time of mourning. He has was predeceased by his wife Lenora, his son Luke, and his sister Babs. Notable thanks is also warranted his many friends and co-workers that he interacted with over the decades, with particular gratitude to his longtime friend Paul Poissant.

Born in 1953, Bill lived a memorable full life with entertaining adventures, the thrilling hobby of skydiving, and the wonderful care he showed his family, all the while working as a parts-man, forging a long career as the manager of Ackland’s 6080 branch in southern Edmonton. Perhaps he is most remembered for his wonderful storytelling that enhanced every legendary tale with elaborate vocal skills, unique details, and an unforgettable finale.

At this time, we hope that somewhere he is once again spending time with his wife, son, and other friends and family members who have left their earthly abodes before him.
