I knew Diane from her Eddie Bauer days. She was always so fun to work with and an bright light that just made our shifts that much better. Fun fact…Diane tried to teach me how to drive a standard in her red car…to this day, Diane’s attempt was the longest anyone has ever tried to teach me! lol. My condolences to Diane’s family and friends – I know there will be many saddened to learn of her passing.

Diane was a longtime best friend for over fifty years. We grew up together, went to the same elementary, junior high and high schools and stayed in touch even after I moved to Vancouver Island.
Diane was my connection to what was happening with our old school friends and neighbours. She was so good at staying in touch with friends.
Since the invention of Wordle, Diane and I were fierce competitors and shared our results daily along with updates on how each other was doing.
Diane was also great friends and co-workers with my cousin and late sister. Diane, my sister and I had a lot of fun whenever I was in town.
You were taken too soon, my friend. Rest in peace. We’ll keep your memories alive while we’re still here.

Rest in Peace Diane. Will miss your funny FB shares, reminiscing with you and Terri on our younger years (which go way back to Elementary school)and cheering on the Oilers. Your time here was far too short. Condolences to the family.

It breaks my heart to read this obituary. Diane was the shy girl who became my friend in grade 7 at a new school. Once she let you in, you realized she was fierce, strong and witty.
We loved shopping, cars, and going to Oiler games. She was my Maid of Honour at my wedding and I named my daughter after her.
Although we lost touch over the years our friendship meant the world to me. She was Diane-unique and genuine. Thank you for being my friend. I miss you more than you will know.
To the Russell and Mahoney families: my heart goes out to you during this very difficult time. I am so very sorry for your loss. My sincere condolences. Lisa
