Julie was born on January 23, 1949 in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines, the second oldest child born. She spent numerous years travelling to many nations in Europe and the Middle East with her husband, then, on her own.

In 1991, Julie came to Canada from France. She settled in the Toronto area. In 2012, Julie graduated from the PMCC (4W) Bible School under Bishop Jonathon Ferriol. She was in the class of “God’s End Time Revivalists”. She had served at a missionary since 2005, serving in numerous places in the United States.

In 2019, she became the associate minister at PMCC. 4^th Watch working under Presbyter Joseph Concepcion. Julie arrived in Edmonton in November of 2022. She passed away very suddenly on December 28, 2022. Julie was married to Edgardo Sangalang until he passed away in 2004.

She was a loving mother to three children: Andrew (Aissa) Escoto of Edmonton and their children: Aaron and Miriam; Arvin Warren Sangalang and his children: Edwarr, Elijah and Renz; Leny Jane Sangalang and her children: Jaimelle and Joy.

Julie was a Soul-Winner in the church. She has won numerous souls, bringing them to God. She invited groups of people to the church, even using her own house in the Philippines, which was dedicated for use as a church at no charge. Julie loved to evangelize, spreading the Word of God to people around the world.
