Anthony has left an enormous hole in both our lives and hearts, one that can never be filled. At the age of 43, he was taken from us too soon, leaving behind a legacy of inspiration and love.

He is survived by his devoted mother Claudia LaTouche, siblings: Ingrid, Nicole and Hayden Soungie, Kevin Lockhart, Jillian Lockhart Barton, nieces and nephews: Dillon and Nikita Oliver, Daniel Soungie, Tyresha and Darnell Lockhart, Samar Barton, Andjell Barton and Zaraya Mamud as well as countless aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Julius Soungie and both maternal and paternal grandparents.

Anthony lived by a simple yet profound saying: “I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and say because of you, I didn’t give up.” His life was a testament to this belief as he touched the hearts  of all who knew him, offering strength, encouragement and unwavering support.
