Evan Wade SZYMANSKI
Sadly, we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son Evan Szymanski on August 17th, 2025 at the age of 25.
Evan was an easy-going person who loved family get togethers and helping people.
He was obsessed with making people laugh. Always had a new “Dad joke” for us each time we saw him. If we saw new jokes that reminded us of him we started to share with him which then became a thing we did. He was goofy and funny with just wanting to make everyone laugh and smile.
Evan was a hard worker doing his dream job being a heavy equipment operator where he was a natural as his boss said. He worked long hours and was still willing to help out others even after a long day
Evan spent a lot of downtime playing video games and had many online friends from when he was younger. Many became great friends, and some looked up to him as a big brother and mentor. Evan will be missed by many
You could count on Evan to always be there to help whenever you needed it without a question. He loved having family get togethers more especially as he got older and was always up for games night. He would buy new games for us to try, and he would tolerate monopoly but he definitely didn’t like it but sucked it up for the family. Wade taught the boys to play poker and somehow, he managed to win even though he had no idea what he was doing, as you can imagine didn’t make his brothers happy.
Evan is survived by his loving parents Dad Wade and Mother Barb, his Mother Shannon, his big brother Kyle (Ashley), little brother Jordan and sister Abigail, his Grandpa Stan, his Grandma Nancy (Fred), his Uncle Chad (Stephaine), his cousin Jayden and Kes. He is predeceased by Grandma Flawrence.
He will never be forgotten and always in our thoughts and hearts.
A celebration of life for Evan will take place Saturday, August 30th please arrive between 1-5pm (Welcome to stay past 5 as we are there all evening) at his grandpa’s (Stan) acreage, 5405-45street, Leduc. Casual dress.
