Tracy Liegh Elizabeth WILLIER

It is with immense sadness that our family announces the passing of Tracy Leigh Elizabeth Willier on Friday October 18, 2024.

Tracy was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and dear friend to many. She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her husband, Edward Belcourt, children, Dean (Krista), Shilo (Britney), and Cheyanne, grandchildren, Deandra and Delayne, siblings, Ruby, Cliff, Brian, Noreen (Alvin), and Sandra (Dwight), as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Tracy was born on August 20, 1966 in Fort St. John, B.C. and is predeceased by her mother, Violet Litwin, and father, Francis Willier.

Tracy lived throughout Alberta but spent a significant amount of her life in Hinton, Alberta where she had her son, Dean, and twins, son, Shilo, and daughter, Cheyanne. She later went on to live in Edmonton and the surrounding area where she helped raise the rest of her family and grandchildren. Tracy’s family was at the heart of everything she did. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy and her favourite thing to do was spend time with her family. Over the years, she built many lifelong bonds with friends who became her chosen family and her loyalty and devotion towards her loved ones was beyond compare. Tracy consistently prioritized the needs of others over her own, demonstrating her kindness, love, and empathy.

Tracy’s memory will remain in the hearts of all of us who were privileged enough to have the honour of knowing her.

For those who wish, donations to the family may be made to belcourtedward@gmail.com.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 2nd, at 11 a.m. in Marlboro, Alberta at Marlboro Community Hall (1015 20 Ave, Marlboro, AB). We invite family and friends to join us as we remember Tracy and the incredible life, she had with the people that she loved most.
